5264-35-7, 5-Methoxy-3,4-dihydro-2H-pyrrole is a pyrrolines compound, ?involved in a variety of chemical synthesis. Rlated chemical reaction is continuously updated,5264-35-7
The reaction mixture comprising 1 mmol of 1-[N-(5,5-dimethyl-3,4,5,6-tetrahydropyrimidinium-2-yl)amino]dodecane-12-ammonium ditrifluoroacetate, 1 mmol (1 eq.) of 3,4-dihydro-5-methoxy-2H-pyrrole and 0.5 ml of triethylamine in 10 ml of absolute ethanol is heated under reflux for 20 hours. After cooling down to ambient temperature, the reaction mixture is evaporated to dryness and chromatographed on a silica column (CH2Cl2/CH3OH/NH4OH 85:13:2) in order to produce the product, in the form of an oil, with a yield of 65percent.
