5.107 3-{4-[4-(3,3-DIFLUORO-PYRROLIDIN-1-YLMETHYL)-BENZYLOXY]-1-OXO-1,3-DIHYDRO-ISOINDOL-2-YL}-PIPERIDINE-2,6-DIONE To the stirred mixture of 3-(4-(4-(bromomethyl)benzyloxy)-1-oxoisoindolin-2-yl)piperidine-2,6-dione (350 mg, 0.8 mmol) and 3,3-difluoropyrrolidin hydrochloride (136 mg, 0.8 mmol) in DCM (10 mL) was added DIPEA (0.28 ml, 1.6 mmol). The resulting mixture was stirred at room temperature for 22 hrs and the reaction mixture was diluted by DCM (30 mL). The mixture was washed with water (20 mL) and brine (20 mL). Organic layer was dried by MgSO4 and concentrated. The residue was purified by ISCO to give 3-{-4-[4-(3,3-Difluoro-pyrrolidin-1-ylmethyl)-benzyloxy]-1-oxo-1,3-dihydro-isoindol-2-yl}-piperidine-2,6-dione as a white solid (256 mg, 69% yield.
