[1-(6-Amino-5-formyl-pyrimidin-4-yl)-pyrrolidin-3-yl]-carbamic acid tert-butyl ester To a suspension of 4-amino-6-chloro-pyrimidine-5-carbaldehyde (239 mg, 1.52 mmol) in CH3CN (2 mL) was added 3-(tert-butoxycarbonylamino)pyrrolidine (312 mg, 1.67 mmol), followed by DIEA (392.9 mg, 3.04 mmol). The mixture was stirred at 90 C. for 1 h. It was cooled to room temperature and the precipitate was filtered off, washed with CH3CN and dried in vacuo to afford the product as a white solid (290.6 mg, 62.2%). 1H NMR (DMSO-d6) delta 9.92 (s, 1H), 8.58 (br, 1H), 7.95 (s, 1H), 7.68 (br, 1H), 7.22 (d, J=6.16 Hz, 1H), 4.02 (m, 1H), 3.80 (m, 2H), 3.66 (m, 1H), 3.45 (m, 1H), 2.03 (m, 1H), 1.82 (m, 1H), 1.38 (s, 9H); LC/MS (ESI) calcd for C14H22N5O3 (MH)+ 308.2, found 308.3., 99724-19-3
